Affiliated Computer Services Inc. (NYSE: ACS) received a $6.4 billion cash and stock offer from Xerox (NYSE: XRX) expanding the copier company's operations into data center management. Shares of Affiliated Computer Services leaped $6.33 to $53.58 while Xerox stock tumbled $1.45 to $7.52.
