Sunrise Completes Sale Of 21 Communities To Brookdale

Sunrise Senior Living Inc. (NYSE: SRZ) completed the sale of 21 of its assisted living communities to Brookdale Senior Living Inc. (NYSE: BKD) for approximately $204 million. Shares of Sunrise rose 40 cents to close at $3.16 while Brookdale stock eased a penny to close at $16.02.
