Home builder D. R. Horton Inc. (NYSE: DHI) posted a smaller fourth quarter loss of 73 cents per share compared with a loss of $2.53 per share in the year ago period as overall revenues slumped amid an unstable housing market. The results missed estimates by a wide margin sending the stock price down $1.90 to $10.35.
