California Micro Devices Corp. (Nasdaq: CAMD) received a $103 million acquisition bid by On Semiconductor (Nasdaq: ONNN). California Micro Devices stock leaped $1.62 to close at $4.67 while On stock rose 40 cents to close at $8.51.
