Boston Scientific (NYSE: BSX) reported a loss for the fourth quarter of 71 cents per share compared with a loss of $1.59 per share in the year ago period and announced restructuring plans that include the elimination of up to 1,300 jobs. Shares of the medical device maker lost 71 cents to $7.58.
