GameStop to Host Midnight Launch Events for Final Fantasy XIII

GameStop (NYSE: GME), the world’s largest video game and entertainment software retailer, today announced that it will host midnight launch events for Final Fantasy XIII on Monday, March 8, at more than 3,200 stores nationwide. Leading up to midnight, Final Fantasy fanatics can participate in:

• Final Fantasy character costume contest
• Trivia challenges
• Final Fantasy artwork contest

Most participating GameStop locations will open at 10 p.m. local time; however, customers are asked to contact their local store to confirm the exact time of the event. Events may vary by location.
