MBIA shares climb after SEC sues Goldman over CDO

MBIA Inc. shares climbed more than 5% Friday after the Securities and Exchange Commission alleged Goldman Sachs Group fraudulently structured a complex mortgage-related vehicle known as a collateralized debt obligation.
