Clock ticking as Conservatives, Lib Dems talk deal

Financial markets won’t give Britain’s politicians much time to sort out who will run the country as negotiations continue between Conservative leader David Cameron and Liberal Democrat leader Nick Clegg toward producing a new government in the wake of last week’s inconclusive general election.
