Short-term Treasury yields near record lows

Two-year Treasury yields clung to record-low levels, carrying over a rally from Tuesday. The move comes ahead of the release of the Beige Book, the Federal Reserve’s collection of anecdotal information providing a snapshot of economic conditions around the country.
