GameStop Corp. (NYSE:GME), the world’s largest video game and entertainment software retailer, today announced that it will host midnight events to celebrate the launch of Kinect, Microsoft’s new full-body motion sensor designed exclusively for Xbox 360. More than 2,000 U.S. GameStop stores will re-open at 10 p.m. local time on Nov. 3 to host launch-night activities and a countdown to midnight when pre-order customers will be the first to get “Kinected.” Customers should check in advance with their local store for exact times and details.
