UPDATE 1-Canada's Breakwater ups bought deal to 6.4 mln shrs

Dec 9 (Reuters) - Copper and zinc miner Breakwater Resources raised its bought deal offering by a third, and will now offer 6.4 million shares to raise C$40 million.
