Electromed, Inc. CEO to Ring NASDAQ Closing Bell

Electromed, Inc. (NASDAQ: ELMD), developer, manufacturer and distributor of the patented SmartVest® Airway Clearance System, today announced that its Chairman & CEO, Robert Hansen, along with members of the Company’s management team and Board of Directors, will preside over the NASDAQ closing bell ceremony on Tuesday, December 14, 2010. This event celebrates the Company's recent listing on the NASDAQ Capital Market. One of only two companies to successfully complete an IPO in Minnesota in 2010, Electromed, Inc.’s common stock began trading on the NASDAQ Capital Market on Thursday, August 13, 2010 under the trading symbol "ELMD."

The Closing Bell ceremony will take place at NASDAQ MarketSite in Times Square and will be broadcast live on financial cable channels and displayed on the seven-stories-tall MarketSite Tower.
