The New Homes Program, created using input from various builders and consultants across the state, is a renovation of the Wisconsin ENERGY STAR Homes Program. The new program has stricter guidelines to meet energy requirements using cost effective solutions. The New Homes Program goes above and beyond the standards set forth by the Environmental Protection Agency to meet the needs of Wisconsin’s climate and building community.
