BANGALORE/NEW YORK, April 26 (Reuters) - Lawson Software Inc has agreed to be bought by Golden Gate Capital and privately-held Infor for around $2 billion in cash, as mid-sized business software makers look to gain scale in a market dominated by Oracle and SAP AG .
