The magnet of the world’s most powerful Open MRI was delivered by crane into King’s Open Imaging on 6243 South Redwood Road, Suite 130. Installation has been completed and the Oasis is now available for clinical imaging.

The Oasis provides us with an opportunity to provide tube-less, true high-field MRI imaging, with the most technologically advanced MRI features. We pride ourselves in offering the convergence of quality and comfort. Beyond the cutting-edge technology we utilize, along with the flexible and personalized customer service we offer, patients are able to see their physicians and have their MRI procedure completed on the same day.

“Upgrading to this new and most innovative high-field open MRI System allows us to offer our referring physicians excellent image quality and our patients the comfort they deserve,” says Greig Huggins, General Manager. “With the combination of the faster scan times and the open architecture, we are able to accommodate patients of all types in this tube-less, true open MRI System,” Huggins added.

“We are very excited about our relationship with King’s Medical and are pleased to see our first Utah installation in a facility dedicated to excellence,” said Sheldon Schaffer, Vice President and General Manager MRI & CT.
