The MACD indicator made a bullish crossover recently and RSI has more room to rise before it reaches overbought territory. +DI is also above –DI, it indicates a continuation of the up trend. Resistance is now at 3.59 followed by 4.53 ( June 13 High).

On the contrary, a close below $4.59 will have bearish implications and would push the stock to the 4.37-4.02 range. The MACD indicator is still above its signal line, indicating that the Bulls are still in control.
( click to enlarge )CNinsure Inc. (NASDAQ:CISG) has been under pressure recently but in the past month the stock reversal its trend. CISG closed in today's session at $8.05 with gains of 2.68%. Looking at the technical chart, the stock is currently in a short-term uptrend. It has resistance at $8.27 and then at $8.55. On the downside, it has strong support around $7.22 to $7 levels. If these levels are broken, then the trend would become down. Continue to watch CISG because the stock should give us an opportunity for a trade soon.

The stock looks like it wants to breakout of this range, but has not been able to gain the needed momentum. MACD shows positive divergence and the stock can cross $4.05 in short term. You should keep this stock on your screen radar.
