The new facility-which will be completed by the Third quarter of 2012-will provide Denhman Ogilvie’s clients, in and out of the country, with unprecedented access to worldwide product research, market data and insights. The office will be led by Stephan Brenner, Denhman Ogilvie’s Research Executive.

In another major development, Denhman Ogilvie announced today that Louis Dorothy, 57, a partner at Stanley and Charleston, LLC, will join the Company as Chief Officer for International Legal Affairs. He will be taking up the post of Johnny Lee Chang, who will still be holding his post as Vice Chair for Denhman Ogilvie’s facility. Mr. Dorothy will report to the new Chief Executive Officer Daniel Sun Tsui. He will automatically join the Company's Operations Committee as well.

When asked about the matter, Mr. Sun Tsui said that “Louis Dorothy has been an invaluable asset to senior managements on key issues, specifically in legal markets and finance affairs, for the past 5 years. His advice and wisdom will keep us in the larger financial picture, and it is with great pride that we welcome him aboard on our senior management team.”
