Belgian regulator clears Belgacom purchase on conditions

BRUSSELS, Dec 24 (Reuters) - Belgium's Competition Authority has approved Belgacom's purchase of mobile phone retail chain The Phone House Belgium on condition that it sell almost half of the stores.
