( click to enlarge )Novatel Wireless Inc (NASDAQ:NVTL) had a good move today. The stock broke out the small falling wedge pattern to the upside on increased volume and closed at the highs of the day. This is a trend reversal pattern suggesting a halt in the bearish trend. The stock could touch an upside target of $3.30 in the short term. The technical daily chart shows the stock is now back to uptrend and with %K line above %D line we may see more upside. Let’s see whether the stock can gather enough momentum to break through 3.01 (50-day MA). If the Bulls are able to push through this level, there will be another rally towards 3.30. NVTL will move quickly, so watch the stock closely on Thursday.
