FSO Onsite Outsourcing Continues To Expand, Adding Two Key Members to Its Management Team

FSO Onsite Outsourcing, an operating company of Forrest Solutions Group, has announced the expansion of its management team by hiring Doug Moore, Executive Director of Client Services, and Eric Allen, Experience Director.

Doug Moore has joined the FSO team as Executive Director of Client Services & Solutions. Doug brings over 15 years of sales and operational experience. Doug studied Hotel Management in British Columbia and had a very successful career as one of the youngest Executive Assistant General Managers at The Drake Hotel in Chicago. This experience launched Doug into a sales and operations opportunity with a National Legal Document Services Company where Doug spent the next 15 years traveling the United States turning slumping markets into national leaders, leading in profit, revenue and market share. Doug settled in Manhattan for 8 years, where he grew to lead the strongest financial market in the company.

Eric Allen has joined FSO Onsite Outsourcing as Experience Director and will be based out of the firm’s Washington, D.C. office alongside Jimmy Holland, Director of Business Development for the Mid-Atlantic. Eric brings 15+ years of operational expertise to FSO and will support the growth of the Washington, D.C. market. “He is a proven success story and has moved through the ranks from Site Supervisor, to Site Manager, to Director of Operations, and Client Manager overseeing the entire Mid-Atlantic Region” said Jim Caton. He goes on to say “Eric knows what it takes to own the client and expand services and offerings. It is all about excellence and delivering on what we say we are going to do”. Eric brings a breadth of experience across a variety of industries including Publishing, Advertising, Investment Banking, Legal, Media, and Higher Education/University.
