Fund managers fear Volcker Rule impact on bonds

Fund managers on Wednesday expressed concern that the multi-trillion-dollar bond market has already become less liquid lately and the Volcker rule — which seeks to limit big bank speculative trading — will hike costs and hurt liquidity in bond funds even more.
