Car makers that might as well back out of U.S.

Mitsubishi, Suzuki and Volvo’s monthly sales results show the companies barely attracting 1% of the U.S. car and light-truck market — combined. That is no surprise, writes Douglas McIntyre. What’s surprising is that the companies keep trying to make a dent.
