LBO boom? Maybe not, but deal pace picks up

Don’t call it a boom just yet. The pace of LBOs may be set to pick up steam, but a return to the torrid pre-crisis pace of dealmaking will be hampered by a lack of suitable LBO candidates and lingering uncertainty over the economic outlook.
