Quanex Building Products Corporation (NYSE: NX ), an industry-leading manufacturer of value added, engineered materials and components serving the energy-efficient building products markets, announced today that its Board of directors has elected William C. Griffiths, 61, as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Quanex, effective July 9, 2013.
