MagnaChip Announces Pricing of $225M of Senior Notes

MagnaChip Semiconductor Corporation (NYSE: MX ), a Korea-based designer and manufacturer of analog and mixed-signal semiconductor products, announced today that it has priced a private offering of $225 million of its 6.625% Senior Notes due 2021 (the "2021 Notes") at an issue price of 99.5% of principal amount.
