The institute is well known for its nationally offered luxury home marketing training. The comprehensive course covers such topics as marketing luxury estates including waterfront estates. The course was conducted at a local hotel in Vancouver BC over a two day period. Local real estate professionals from several different real estate companies in the local area attended this special event.
Of the many luxury properties and locations Ms. Porter markets prime areas include water front properties on Lake Washington, Lake Sammamish and the Puget Sound. Her agency is serving Seattle to Issaquah to Olympia and everywhere in between on and off the MLS. The agency is known for not only catering to the general real estate market but the luxury market as well.
The course she completed was offered by the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. The institute specializes in providing real estate luxury home marketing education and training. The course covers a wide range of topics such as affluent lifestyle demographic marketing, developing of a comprehensive luxury home marketing plan and related implementation, and key development in the luxury home marketing segment.
