Thirty Year Printing and Financial Veteran to Serve as Organization's Next President
PRLog - Oct. 14, 2013 - MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. -- Arandell Corporation, the trusted leader in premier catalog printing and omni-channel solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Brad Hoffman as President effective on October 14, 2013. Hoffman also serves on the Board of Directors of Arandell.  Hoffman brings more than thirty years of relevant industry experience to his new role having previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Arandell. Hoffman assumes the position previously held by James Giencke, who has served as President of Arandell since 1974 and announced his retirement effective September 30th.

"We welcome Brad's experience and leadership to direct the organization," said Don Treis, Chairman of the Board of Directors. "In his new role as President, he will be responsible for addressing strategic initiatives, overseeing overall company operations and sales, improving gross margins and continuing profitable growth. His results-oriented approach and ability to think strategically will play a pivotal role in extending our track record of innovation, while helping us grow profitability.”

"Arandell is at the forefront of planning, production and distribution of premier catalogs.  By combining Arandell’s award winning printing capabilities with our marketing and mailing solutions, we are able to effectively integrate and disseminate our clients' message through all marketing channels," said Hoffman. "I am excited to be part of the new Arandell, building on one of the printing industry's great brands and fully exploiting the opportunities in commercial printing, logistics and multi-channel solutions. A key value we bring is our ability to assist our clients in measuring the impact the catalog has across all channels and of course our clients' customers.  We can clearly demonstrate that the catalog has a quantifiable positive effect on sales in other channels including over the internet."

“Brad has been instrumental in improving the operations of the business since he joined Arandell but most dramatically in working with our employees, customers, unions, suppliers and lenders during the past several years since the economy fell into its recessionary phase,” continued Don Treis.  “I know he will continue building on his past success and lead the organization into a very bright future.  He has been active in putting together industry partnerships that are serving the needs of our clients in new and unique ways.  I am confident in his abilities and optimistic about the future of the company.”

Hoffman has prior experience in leading and transitioning companies to make them leaders within their industries. Before joining Arandell Corporation, Hoffman held several executive leadership positions at Perry Judd’s, a Wisconsin based magazine and catalog printer. Earlier in his career, Hoffman was CFO of Putman Media and the American Society for Quality. He began his career as an auditor at the accounting firm of Price Waterhouse.

Hoffman is a CPA and holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting and an MBA degree in Finance.  Additionally, Brad is the founder and President of the SSADH Association (www.ssadh.net).
