DaVita, Fresenius gain; J.C. Penney to leave S&P

Shares of DaVita HealthCare Partners Inc. and Fresenius Medical Care AG & Co. were up premarket Monday as the providers of kidney dialysis benefited from a decision by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to cut government payments by less than expected.
