Solta Medical (NASDAQ: SLTM ) shares jumped 39.47% to touch a new 52-week high of $2.92 after Valeant Pharmaceuticals (NYSE: VRX ) agreed to acquire Solta Medical for $2.92 per share in cash. LSI (NASDAQ: LSI ) shares gained 38.69% to reach a new 52-week high of $10.97
