Fiat reaches deal to buy rest of Chrysler

Fiat SpA has reached an agreement with Chrysler Group LLC’s minority owner, a United Auto Workers’ health trust, to buy the rest of the U.S. car maker for $3.65 billion, securing a deal that will speed the merger of the car companies.
