GAMCO International SICAV Announces Appointment of Rudolf Bohli to the Board of Directors

GAMCO Investors, Inc. (NYSE: GBL) today announced that Rudolf Bohli has been appointed to the Board of Directors of GAMCO International SICAV. Mr. Bohli serves as CEO and CIO of RBR Capital Advisors AG, a leading independent investment advisor that focuses on equity investments in Continental Europe. He also holds directorships at RBR Funds SICAV in Luxembourg and RBR Capital Advisors AG in Switzerland. Previously, Mr. Bohli served as the head of research at Bank am Bellevue, an independent financial group domiciled in Zurich and listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.

Mr. Bohli will be joining three other members of the Board of Directors: Anthonie van Ekris, Chairman of Balmac International Inc.; Oliver Stahel, Chairman of Viafina AG; and John Birch, COO of Sentinel Asset Management.

In addition to the Board of Directors, the SICAV also has an Advisory Board that consists of Dr. Karl Otto Pöhl, former President of the German Bundesbank and one of the preeminent central bankers of our time, and Mario D’Urso, former Senator and Under Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce with the Exterior for the Republic of Italy.
