UPDATE: Zulily Posts Q4 Profit

Zulily (NASDAQ: ZU ) posted a profit in the fourth quarter. Zulily swung to a quarterly profit of $4.5 million, or $0.05 per share, versus a year-ago loss of $30.7 million, or $0.71 per share. Its adjusted earnings came in at $0.10 per share. Its revenue jumped to $257 million.
