The GAMCO Global Gold, Natural Resources & Income Trust by Gabelli (NYSE MKT:GGN) (the “Fund”) has changed its name to the GAMCO Global Gold, Natural Resources & Income Trust, effective March 28, 2014.
The Fund’s primary investment objective, risk profile, and management team will not change. The number of shares you hold in the Fund is unaffected.
The Fund’s securities will continue to trade on the NYSE MKT under the same CUSIPs.
