RIO DE JANEIRO/SAO PAULO, April 11 (Reuters) - Brazil's security regulator believes that Eike Batista engaged in insider trading, newspaper Valor Economico reported on Friday, the latest blow to the tycoon, a one-time billionaire at the center of the country's largest corporate meltdown.
