Europe Factors to Watch-Stocks set to pause ahead of PMIs

PARIS, April 23 (Reuters) - European stocks were seen flat to slightly lower on Wednesday, taking a breather following the previous session's sharp rally as investors awaited manufacturing data for France, Germany and the euro zone. Financial spreadbetters expected Britain's FTSE 100 to open flat to up 1 point, or 0.01 percent higher, Germany's DAX to open down 24 to 25 points, or 0.3 percent lower, and France's CAC 40 to open down 1 point, or 0.02 percent lower.
