BofA in settlement talks with DOJ over mortgage bonds for more than $10B: Sources

Bank of America is in talks to settle with the U.S. government over residential mortgage-backed securities for more than $10 billion, sources tell CNBC.. The talks with the Department of Justice, which are said to be at an early stage, would help the bank put the mortgage litigation behind it. -Reporting by CNBC's Kate Kelly.
