Triumph Group Selected to Provide Overhaul Services for Boeing Globemaster III

Triumph Group, Inc. (NYSE:TGI) today announced that it has signed a three year contract with Boeing to provide overhaul and maintenance services for the auxiliary power units, fan thrust reversers, pitch trim actuators, landing gear manifold and ramp actuators for the United States Air Force fleet of Boeing C-17 Globemaster III aircraft. The work will be performed at several of the company’s facilities within the Aerospace Systems Group and the Aftermarket Services Group.

Jeffry D. Frisby, Triumph’s President and Chief Executive Officer, said, “This contract demonstrates Boeing’s confidence in the value and service levels of our current agreement and represents a continuation of our many years of working with them in providing overhaul and maintenance services for the C-17 Globemaster III. We look forward to continuing to support this program.”
