Evolve IP Completes SOC 2 Audit and Recertification

The SSAE 16 is an internationally recognized auditing standard developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“AICPA”), which sets guidelines for auditors to use in order to objectively assess the internal controls of service organizations. In addition to the SOC 2, Evolve IP has also received and is making available its SOC 3 report, a summary trust services report that documents assurances on the company’s controls related to security, availability, and confidentiality principles.
