An information technology veteran, Higbe will be responsible for managing Synaptic’s business development opportunities for both its professional services and software offerings, including the proprietary SynoV8SM CRM implementation framework and the Synapse population health management application.

Mr. Higbe brings over 20 years of information technology experience to his new role at Synaptic. Prior to joining Synaptic, he spent four years as the Vice President of Product at Critical Alert Systems (CAS) where he oversaw the development and deployment of the company’s communication technologies within several of the country’s top hospitals. Before CAS, he was a Division Director at Technology Services Partners, Inc. where he contributed to back-to-back record years in revenue, headcount and margin.

Mr. Higbe holds a B.S. in Exercise and Sports Sciences from the University of Florida and an M.A. in Education from Furman University. He lives in Jacksonville, FL with his wife Charity, and their two children.
