Encite Financial Group announced today it has launched two important websites, bringing the company's total site count to four. The sites focus on Reg D educational blogs, tutorials and private placement memorandum templates, also known as PPM Templates.
PRLog - Jul. 17, 2014 - TEMPLE, Texas -- In March 2014 Encite Financial Group acquired Reg D Fast® and began acquiring PPM Logix®. Both sites were previously owned by Encite's parent company Stallion Assets, and were sold in 2011 to new owners/licensees.
"The new owners did nothing with the sites after purchasing them. One would have thought after The Jobs Act passed in 2012, and opened up general solicitation for Regulation D Rule 506(c) offerings, that these folks would have jumped at the chance to get involved in the new movement. But, apparently not. We waited for the owners to default on the domain payments and reacquired them," stated Encite Management.
Encite, through its parent company Stallion Assets, started developing Regulation D Private Placement Memorandum Templates, also known as PPM Templates, in 2002. The company started creating ecommerce websites in 2004 to allow entrepreneurs, attorneys and investment bankers, the ability to purchase and download the PPM Templates in Microsoft Word format.
One of the more successful websites Encite created during this time was PPM Fast® which was sold to its current owner, Mike Scott in 2009. Mike Scott then set up a new company called PPM Fast, LLC and began doing business. Prior to purchasing PPM Fast® Mike Scott was a real estate agent with little experience with Regulation D.
