Abhishek Agarwal, the founder of Healingg.com, explained that the project was born out of his calling "to create something that would make a positive impact on our planet". His idea for distance healing got a strong validation when he created a web app on Happiness where he included a small section on distance healing.
"In just a few short weeks, our distance healing section started benefiting a lot of our members", Abhishek narrated. "Seeing this success, we then expanded our idea further, and launched Healingg.com."
To make the project happen, the Heallingg.com campaign on Indiegogo was started on July 14th 2014. By August 13th, the team aims to raise $15,000 to help improve their website and to market their advocacy.
"Healingg.com is not something that we 'feel' will help people," said Naveed Peerzade, the technical whiz and strategist behind the platform. "It is a tried and tested model [as] we have seen so many people benefit from it through our Happiness app. We know we can replicate the same on Healingg.com as well, with a much bigger and wider reach," he concluded.
