Tracy Guerrero of McMillin Realty continues to develop a successful real estate team, bringing a high level of service to her clients and building upon over a decade of experience in real estate.  Recently, her team expanded to include an additional member.

Guerrero started her real estate career in the New Homes division of the Corky McMillin Companies and then moved to resale a few years later.  “I have worked in teams from the beginning stages of my career,” stated Guerrero, “I always had a partner when I was selling new home communities and started out on a team when I moved to the resale side.  I have been building my own team for the last little while and am proud to announce I now have 4 members, all of whom play an intricate part in the success of our business.”

Guerrero has seen a lot since starting her real estate career in 2003.  Through it all, she has accumulated a wealth of experience that helps her better serve her clients and prepare her business for the unexpected.  “I have seen both sides of the coin, so I am well prepared for anything.  Surviving the downturn and coming out on top has allowed me to prove that I can adapt to all possible situations,” she continued.  One area that she continues to stress is online, making it a priority in her business plan to develop and strengthen her presence on social media.

Drawing from prior experiences, Guerrero is well versed in most types of real estate transactions, including traditional sales, foreclosures, short sales, and more.  Even during the expansion of her business, client service is still her primary focus.  “I want to be a top producing agent every year, but still maintain an intimate, personal level of interaction with my clients,” added Guerrero, “My goal is to make sure that I am able to provide the personalized service for all clients that has been my calling card for years.  I love what I do and I love being able to share that passion with my clients.”

Holding true to McMillin’s founding principles, Guerrero plays a huge role in the Bonita Auxiliary Unit for Rady Children’s Hospital, where she heads up the annual Kids NewsDay, a fundraiser that sells papers throughout the county, with all proceeds going toward the hospital.  “It feels good to give back to the community.  I dedicate all of my philanthropic focus toward this one entity because I believe it is that important and I want to be the best I can be for the cause,” she concluded.

“Tracy Guerrero has a remarkable sensitivity for her clients.  She intuitively recognizes when they are excited, and likewise, when they are stressed.  And she understands the importance of helping the client before they even know they need help,” commented Isabel Hall, General Manager of McMillin Realty. “Add to that, an agent with a strong drive to make things happen, as well as a delightful sense of humor, and that is the essence of Tracy.”

McMillin Realty, serving San Diego’s South County, Downtown/Metro, and Coastal Communities, has operated as a San Diego real estate brokerage for over 50 years.
