Pilots' union, UPS barred from probe of 2013 U.S. crash

WASHINGTON, Aug 25 (Reuters) - The U.S. National Transportation Safety Board told United Parcel Service Inc and its pilots union on Monday they can no longer take part in the investigation of a 2013 crash that killed two UPS pilots.
