Harvard-trained surgeon Susan Hughes of the Hughes Surgery center was served with official notification of the pending creditor’s filed bankruptcy petition in the United States Bankruptcy Courts District of New Jersey. The bankruptcy petition has been finalized and will be put before Federal Chief Bankruptcy Judge Gloria Burns the week of October 13, 2014. Sources say that the bankruptcy petition requests that the court immediately appoint a trustee to freeze and conduct asset reviews of Susan Hughes Plastic Surgery Center in a final effort to protect the assets of the creditors.
