Dow Chemical’s Ungerleider to succeed Weideman as finance chief

Dow Chemical’s chief financial officer, William Weideman, will retire at the end of the year, and be succeeded by Howard Ungerleider. The move comes as the company faces pressure from activist investor Dan Loeb to split up the company.
