Middletown Petco marks KBE's 10th time building for top retailer Farmington, CT - October 3, 2014 - (iNewswire)
KBE Building Corporation, a $300 million commercial construction firm with regional offices in Connecticut and Maryland, has been chosen for its tenth Petco construction project – this one in Middletown, Connecticut.
KBE will serve as General Contractor for the $925,000, 13,500-square-foot fit-out at the existing Middletown Plaza. KBE’s previous Petco projects include new construction and fit-outs for various stores and Pooch Hotels in Connecticut and North Carolina.
