Changes Coming to Community Honda Service Department

One of the most recent and important changes was the promotion of Jennifer Miller to Service Manager. Ms. Miller has been with Community Honda since July of 2002. She held the position of Service Advisor for 12 years before advancing to her new position.

Ms. Miller’s loyalty and knowledge of the automobile industry is what made her the perfect candidate to take over the position. She started her career in the automobile industry in 1995, where she worked as an office manager and dispatcher at a private auto auction.

One of Ms. Miller’s long-term goals is to provide a positive environment for customers to have an excellent experience every time they come in for service. There are big changes being made to improve the quality of service provided to customers.

Ms. Miller said she is optimistic for the future. “Already, I see happier customers. Even in the surveys they fill out,” she said. “The employees are smiling more; they’re more attentive. Happy employees make happy customers.”
