ITT’s Enidine Brand Highlights Energy Absorption and Vibration Isolation Technologies at PACK EXPO 2014

ITT Corporation (NYSE:ITT) and its Enidine, Compact Automation and Turn-Act brands will showcase a complete portfolio of customized and reliable motion control solutions for the global automation marketplace at PACK EXPO International 2014 on Nov. 2-5. At this year’s show, ITT’s Enidine brand will highlight its energy absorption and vibration isolation solutions for the packaging industry.

“We have a longstanding history of success in the automation market, with the capability to assess, design and manufacture all automation products in-house specific to each applications unique challenges,” said Jeff Weisbeck, vice president of sales for ITT’s Control Technologies business. “This intimate level of expertise produces reliable solutions to meet the customer’s unique critical application needs.”

ITT Enidine’s adjustable hydraulic series shock absorbers offer flexible solutions to meet the most challenging energy absorption application requirements. The small bore shock series features a simple turn-and-lock adjustment knob that alters the damping force to accommodate a wide range of conditions. Non-adjustable designs are also available, providing a tamper-proof solution for more critical needs.

In addition to its shock absorption products, ITT Enidine will feature its ADA series rate controls, which are used to regulate the speed or time required for a mechanism to move from one position to another. They are custom designed to safely decelerate service doors and other heavy-hinged equipment, helping to keep employees safe during operation and machine service.

Representatives from ITT’s family of brands will be available for meetings at booth number 10010 during the PACK EXPO show.
