Brandt-Swift Associates announced today that Guo Quiang, has joined its Board of Directors. Mr. Guo Quiang served as Chairman and Senior Partner of Brandt-Swift Associates.

He worked closely in executive leadership of the firm with William Tang, first as Vice Chairmen and Co-Chief Operating Officers and then as Senior Partners and Co-Chairmen, until Mr. Tang left the company. Mr. Guo Quiang continued as sole Senior Partner and Chairman until his retirement from the firm. Earlier assignments at Brandt-Swift Associates included co-head of the Investment Trading and Fixed Income Divisions and head of the Mergers and Acquisitions Department. He became a partner and later joined the Management Committee.
Mr. Guo Quiang is also a member of the Chairman Emeritus of Hong Kong University.
