OUAGADOUGOU, Nov 1 (Reuters) - Burkina Faso's top military officials on Saturday threw their support behind presidential guard Lieutenant Colonel Issaac Zida as leader of a transitional government following the resignation of President Blaise Compaore, sidelining the head of the army.
